4. Work in LGU Balaoan is hereby suspended from March 17, 2020 to April 12, 2020 except those engaged in disaster relief/response, rescue, health and other vital services to ensure that delivery of government services is not hampered. A "work from home" arrangement shall be implemented instead as an alternative work arrangement following Announcement No. 13 Series 2020 of the Civil Service Commission. National government agencies stationed in the municipality shall have the discretion on their respective work arrangements following the directives from their respective national or mother offices;
5. Only the following establishments/businesses providing basic necessities and
such activities related to food and medicine production shall continue to operate:
a. public market
b. supermarkets
c. groceries
d. convenience stores
e. hospitals
f. medical clinics
g. pharmacies and drug stores
h. food preparation and delivery services
i. water-refilling stations J. manufacturing and processing plants of food products and medicines
k. banks
1. money transfer services
m. power
n. energy
o. water and telecommunications supplies and facilities P. gas stations
q. sari-sari stores
T. pawnshops
s. others as may be allowed by the municipal government when the need arises
They shall observe strict skeletal workforce to support operations and strict social distancing measures at all times. Food-related establishments like restaurants, eateries, carinderia, lugawan and the like shall not accept dine-in customers at all times. Only takeout and delivery is allowed, as may be applicable.
