6. Curfew shall be imposed from 8:00 pm to 5:00 am daily. The municipal siren shall be sounded to signal the start of the curfew.

7. The Balaoan Public Market shall be open only from 6:00 am to 5:00 pm starting March 18, 2020 until further notice. Dry goods section selling clothes, "wagwagan", school supplies and other non-essential wares shall be closed except those selling agricultural supplies and rice. Eateries at the second floor may remain open subject to strict skeletal workforce and strict social distancing guidelines. The common dining area shall be closed.

The public market will only allow passage through one (1) entrance and one (1) exit. All individuals are highly encouraged to handwash at the designated washing area srtategically set up at the market. A temperature check will likewise be done upon entry. All market vedors are strongly advised to wear masks and observe proper hygiene. Once a week, disinfection/sanitation of the market area will be implemented;

Ambulant vendors, street food vendors (1.e. barbeque), hardwares, computer shops, videoke rentals, beauty parlors, barber shops, repair shops, machine shops, and glass and sash factories shall temporarily cease operations for the duration of the enhanced community quarantine period in the municipality:

9. All resorts, tourism-related establishments, tourist spots, picnic areas, and similar places that provide vacation and recreation services including cockpits shall be temporarily closed until further notice;

10. Mass public transport facilities shall temporarily cease operations. Tricycles may be allowed to operate during certain circumstances so as not to totally paralyze the movement of people subject to rules and regulations that may be agreed upon between the municipal government and the TODAS taking into paramount consideration public health and safety;

11. All ongoing public and private infrastructures activities and road clearing operations shall temporarily be stopped;

12. Subsistence farming and fishing shall be allowed provided that strict social distancing measures are followed;
