9. Tricycle operators and drivers are mandated to regularly sanitize and disinfect their vehicles. Operators and drivers of all other public transport vehicles (jeepneys, vans, buses) traversing Bacnotan are requested to do the same.
10. The private sector is strongly encouraged to enforce preventive and safety measures in their corresponding work spaces (eg use of thermal scanners, provision of alcohol/hand sanitizers, close monitoring of employees, regular disinfection, etc).
11. Preparation activities for the Bacnotan Diro Festival on May 1-8, 2020 are postponed until further notice;
12. Suspension of the night market and ukay-ukay effective March 16, 2020 until further notice:
13. All are enjoined to take part in the municipal-wide sanitation and disinfection drive of your respective households and work areas. Also, strict social distancing measures such as maintaining at least 1-meter distance from others are required to be observed.
This Order shall take effect immediately and shall remain in force until subsequently amended/revoked or revised
