Section 3. The following fines and penalty Shall be imposed to those persons found violating this ordinance .
First offense — a fine not exceeding of Phpl 000.00.
Second offense — a fine not exceeding Of PhP1 ,500.00.
Third offense — a fine not exceeding of Php2,000.OO or imprisonment Of three (3) months or both at the discretion of the court.
Section 4. All ordinance of the municipality that are inconsistent with this ordinance are hereby repealed, modified or amended accordingly.
Section 5. This ordinance shall take effect after posting and/or publications as required by law.
