WHEREAS, paragraph F of Section 64 thereof provides for the rental rates of motorboats based on boat capacity ferrying guests to the HINP as follows:

| Large (11-15 passengers) | PhP 1,500.00 | PhP 2,000.00 | PhP 3,000.00 |
WHEREAS, the continuing increase in the prices of fuel and basic commodities caused local motorboat operators to persistently request for possible intervention from the City Government to alleviate their economic situation and sustain their source of income;
WHEREAS, aware of the current situation, the august body deemed it necessary to respond to such request while considering the possible effects in the local tourism sector;
WHEREFORE, on motion of Councilor Carolyn D. Sison, duly seconded by all members present
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE SANGGUNIANG PANLUNGSOD OF THE CITY OF ALAMINOS, PANGASINAN IN REGULAR SESSION ASSEMBLED:
SECTION 1. TITLE. This Ordinance shall also be known as "Ordinance Amending Rental Rates of Motorboats Ferrying Guests to the Hundred Islands National Park."
SECTION 2. AMENDMENT. The provision of paragraph F Section 64 of Article X of Ordinance No. 2013-10 which reads as follows:
