1. Education : Bachelor's Degree in Agriculture or other allied courses such as Agricultural Engineering, Fisheries Technology, and Veterinary Medicine;
2. Experience : Three (3) years of relevant experience;
3. Training - Sixteen (16) hours of relevant training;
4. Eligibility - Republic Act 1080 of a degree in Agriculture or other allied courses such as Agricultural Engineering, Fisheries Technology, and Veterinary Medicine; and
5. Residency : Bonafide resident of the City of Alaminos, Pangasinan
SECTION III. EFFECTIVITY. This ordinance shall take effect upon approval and compliance with statutory requirements.
