Because without those contextual statements, to someone coming indirectly to the article, it is not obvious that this is not simply a piece of text in some unusual Latin variant. Without the context, it is conceivable that a reader might attempt to make sense of the text. —Theo (Talk) 14:42, 21 January 2006 (UTC)

this text already exists in la.wikisource; it should be deleted from here. this site (wikisource.org) is for texts written in languages for which a subdomain does not currently exist. concerning the explanatory texts, this content belongs in wikipedia, not in wikisource. the purpose of wikisource is not to duplicate information already in wikipedia. movingtoca

Hello TheoClarke,

I'm Aleator, from catalan/spanish wikis. We are moving from wikisource general to catalan wikisource. There is a template (Ca-source) wich now links to your user and to an article we will move in a few minutes/days. Can I add the {{movedtoca}} template and so an admin deletes the template?
