Major project
[edit]I have a (large!) old medical book entitled "Domestic Medical Practice: A household adviser in the treatment of diseases, arranged for family use.", which I am interested in putting on wikisource. It is 1,463 pages long.. with diagrams, so it won't be an easy task. Why? Well, it is very interesting. Take for example the recommendation not to give children opium as they can't handle it very well!
Regarding copyright
[edit]First published 1913, reprinted 1939 with revisions so new copyright. According to the US copyright page copyright would have expired after 28 years - unless renewed, which I don't think it was as searching the internet for other copies of the book reveals no more printed after this date. There is also no mention of the "Domestic Medical Society" apart from with reference to the book. I believe the book is safely in the public domain.
Current projects
[edit]Creating, tidying up and linking the various Geneva Conventions. So far:
Inter-linking them will be carried out once they are complete.
Past projects
