New messages problem

The "You have new messages" notice does not go away after I have checked my messages. Eclecticology 18:02, 13 Jan 2004 (UTC)

Try clicking the talk link in the top right corner instead of the "you have new messages" link. If that doesn't do it, then watch and unwatch the page, or as a last resort edit the page. Angela 01:47, 14 Jan 2004 (UTC)
