๐ผ๐ผ๐ซ๐ฑ "Ode on Monthly Pleasures" is the third of five odes preserved in a single woodblock printed edition from Khara-khoto that is now held at the Institute of Oriental Manuscripts in Russia (Tang.25). It has a colophon dated the 4th month of the 16th year of the yวsรฌ cyclical year of the Qiรกnyรฒu era (1185). The ode describes each of the twelve months, and each verse is given in two linguistic forms: the first linguistic form uses unusual Tangut characters and vocabulary, and has been called "ritual language" by Ksenia Kepping, whereas the second linguistic form uses ordinary Tangut characters and vocabulary, and has been called "common language".
