This is the text known in Chinese as Suรฌjฤซn zhรฌzhวngwรฉn ็ข้็ฝฎๆๆ and in English as Grains of Gold in the Palm of the Hand. It is a poem in exactly 1,000 characters, each occuring only once, composed in one hundred non-rhyming pentasyllabic couplets. It is preceded by a preface which is unsigned and undated.
