18. All Barangay Officials are hereby directed to implement this order within their respective jurisdiction and coordinate with MHO personnel and uniformed PNP and/or Army personnel. Punong Barangays are directed to take a proactive approach and be vigilant;
19. All business establishments found to be violating this Executive Order may be subject for the cancellation of their Business Permits after proper review by the Business Permits Licensing Officer; and
20. Failure to abide by the foregoing shall be meted out with appropriate sanctions in accordance with pertinent laws and regulations.
SECTION 2. Effectivity. This Executive Order shall be effective immediately until it is lifted and/or amended accordingly when the prevailing situation warrants.
