Section 1. All entry and exit points of Immuki Island are hereby declared closed temporarily effective March 14, 2020. The Balaoan Police Station and the Barangay Council of Barangay Paraoir shall enforce said closure and post personnel to ensure that no person, regardless of purpose, shall be allowed entry into the area.
Section 2. No personnel assigned to work or is presently working at Immuki Island whether they are tourism service personnel of the area or are simply making livelihood in the area shall be allowed entry into Immuki Island during the duration of this temporary closure. Section 3. The Punong Barangay of Paraoir is hereby directed to activate the Barangay Disaster Risk Reduction Management Personnel (BDRRMP) and fully coordinate with the PNP to enforce this Order.
Section 4. This Executive Order shall take effect on March 14, 2020 and shall remain in full force and effect until it is lifted and/or amended accordingly when the prevailing situation warrants.
