2.33. Health Certificate. No person shall be allowed to work in these establishments unless a Health Certificate issued by the Municipal Health Officer or his duly authorized representative had been secured and shall be in accordance with Section 3, Chapter Il of this Code.
23.4 Other requirements.
a. A resolution approved by the Barangay Council where such farms are located, allowing the establishment of such farms.
b. A location of zoning clearance of the site of such farms shall be secured from the Municipal Zoning Office.
2.35. Sanitary Facilities Requirements
23.5.1. Liquid Waste Treatment Facilities
a. A liquid waste treatment facilities for the operation of domesticated animal farms shall be provided (e.g. lagoons, liquid waste treatment plant or the use of biogas technology)
b. The facilities shall be capable of treating the flow of liquid waste discharge from such farms.
c. Approved plans and specifications of such facilities and a copy of the authority to construct from Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR) should be submitted.
d The effluent from such treatment facilities shall meet the standards formulated by the Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR) and shall not be allowed to by-pass the plants in any manner.
e. No person shall operate such facilities unless a sanitary permit has been secured from the Municipal Health Officer. 2.3.5.2. Solid Waste Management. It shall be in accordance with Chapter XI of this Code
2.3.5.3. Vermin Abatement Program. An annuai abatement shall be in accordance with Section 3, Sub-section 3, 4, Chapter Xlll of this Code.
235.4. Toilet Facilities. An adequate number of toilet facilities for male and female shall be provided
