Section 9. Separability Clause.
If for any reason or reasons, any part of provision of the Ordinance which are held to be unconstitutionally valid. Other parts or provisions hereof which are not affected thereby shall continue to be in full forced and effect.
Section 10. Effectivity.
This Ordinance shall take effect upon compliance with the requirement as provided;under Section Il (a) of R.A. 7160.
