Section 18. Effectivity. - This Ordinance shafl take effect immediate%y on the day following its publication in a newspaper of general circulation within the territorial jurisdiction of the local government unit or at the end of the period of posting, whichever occurs later in conformity to the provisions of Section 511 of Republic Act 7160 otherwise known as the Local Government Code ot 1991.
