NOW, THEREFORE, on motion of Councilor Joselito O. Fontelera, duly seconded by all members present
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE SANGGUNIANG PANLUNGSOD OF THE CITY OF ALAMINOS, PANGASINAN, IN SESSION ASSEMBLED, that:
SECTION 1. GENARAL POLICY - The portion of land containing an area of Three Thousand Square Meters (3,000 sq. m.) owned by Jetti Petroleum, Incorporated situated at Brgy. Magsaysay, this city declared under Tax Declaration No. 2018-20- 01596 is hereby reclassified from agricultural use to commercial use primarily for the establishment of a fuel retail station.
SECTION 2. EFFECTIVITY - This ordinance shall take effect upon approval.
