ORDINANCE REALIGNING PORTION OF THE CONTINUING PLANT, PROPERTY AND EQUIPMENT (PPE) APPROPRIATED FOR THE LEGISLATIVE DEPARTMENT OF THE LOCAL GOVERNMENT UNIT OF ALAMINOS CITY AMOUNTING TO TWO MILLION NINE THOUSAND FOUR HUNDRED PESOS (PHP 2,009,400.00) FOR THE PURCHASE/PROCUREMENT OF ONE (1) UNIT PASSENGER VAN FOR THE USE OF THE LEGISLATIVE DEPARTMENT OF LGU-ALAMINOS CITY
WHEREAS, to increase mobility and strengthen the responsiveness of the functions of the Legislative Department of the Local Government Unit of Alaminos City, Pangasinan, this august body deemed it necessary to purchase/procure one (1) unit of Passenger Van (brand new) amounting to Two Million Nine Thousand Four Hundred Pesos (Php 2,009,400.00);
WHEREAS, the Legislative Department-Alaminos City, Pangasinan has an accumulative amount under the Continuing Plant, Property, and Equipment amounting to Three Million Eight Hundred Five Thousand Two Hundred Fifteen Pesos and Eighteen Centavos (Php3,805,215.18) as of May 31, 2018;
WHEREAS, this august body deemed to utilize a portion of the accumulated Continuing PPE amounting to Two Million Nine Thousand Four Hundred Pesos (Php 2,009,400.00) for the purchase/procurement of one (1) unit passenger van for the use of the Legislative Department, more particularly described to wit:
