SECTION 10. REPEALING CLAUSE. All ordinances, resolutions, executive orders,
memorandum circulars and all other issuances or parts thereof which are inconsistent with any provision of this Ordinance are hereby repealed or modified accordingly.
SECTION 11. SEPARABILITY CLAUSE. The provisions of this Ordinance are separable,
and in any event that any more such provisions are declared invalid, the validity of all; other
provisions shall not be affected thereby.
SECTION 12. EFFECTIVITY CLAUSE. This Ordinance shall take effect upon its approval.
