c. Financial incentive equivalent to twenty percent (20%) of the financial incentive received by the grantee for national competitions;

d. Financial incentive equivalent to thirty percent (30%) of the financial incentive received by the grantee for Southeast Asian competitions;

e. Financial incentive equivalent to forty percent (40%) of the financial incentive received by the grantee for Asian competitions; and

1 Financial incentive equivalent to fifty percent (50%) of the financial incentive received by the grantee for international and world competitions.

SECTION 8. INCENTIVE REWARD FOR THE SCHOOL. The school of the student athlete winner/s shall be given a one-time incentive reward at each level of competition amounting to:

Five Thousand Pesos (P5,000.00) for Gold Medal awardees Four Thousand Pesos (P4.000.00) for Silver Medal Awardees Three Thousand Pesos (P3,000.00) for Bronze Medal Awardees

However, where a team is composed of players from different schools and won any of the medal awards mentioned in this section, the incentive amount for any of the medal awards shall be divided equally among the schools where any the participating players belong.

SECTION 9. FUNDS FOR THE PROGRAM. To carry out the provisions of this ordinance, the amount of One Million Pesos (PhP 1,000,000.00) shall be appropriated from the General Fund of the City Government as the initial fund for this program. Out of this fund, the amount of Three Hundred Thousand Pesos (PhP 300,000.00) shall be appropriated annually for replenishment under the Sports Development Office. Supplemental budget shall be appropriated as necessary.

SECTION 10. ISSUANCE OF RULES AND REGULATIONS. The City Sports Development Council shall formulate and issue the Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) as may be necessary to carry out the provisions of this ordinance within sixty (60) upon its approval.

SECTION 11. SEPARABILITY CLAUSE. The provisions of this ordinance are hereby declared separable and if one or more provisions are held invalid or unconstitutional, the remainder, or any provision hereof not affected, shall remain valid and effective.

SECTION 12. REPEALING CLAUSE. All ordinances, resolutions, rules and regulations inconsistent with or contrary to the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed, amended or modified accordingly.

SECTION 13. EFFECTIVITY. This ordinance shall take effect in accordance with the provisions of R.A. 7160, otherwise known as "The Local Government Code of 1991." This ordinance shall be posted in conspicuous locations within the City of Alaminos, Pangasinan.
