SECTION 8. LEAD AGENCIES.-The Alaminos City Police Station and the Public Order and Safety Office (POSO) of the LGU Alaminos City shall be the lead implementing agencies, with force multipliers consisting of the barangay councils and respective civilian volunteer organizations (CVO) and Barangay Peacekeeping Action Teams (BPAT).
SECTION 9. SOURCE OF FUND. The amount of One Hundred Thousand pesos (PhP 100,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the budget of Peace and Order Council as initial funding to finance installation of signages, repainting of pedestrian lanes, construction of elevated platforms, and for the full implementation of this Ordinance.
SECTION 10. REPEALING CLAUSE. Any ordinance, implementing rules and regulations, and executive orders, or parts thereof, which are not consistent with the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed and/or amended accordingly.
SECTION 11. SEPARABILITY CLAUSE. - If any provision of this ordinance is declared invalid or unconstitutional, the remaining portions shall not be affected and shall remain in full force and effect.
SECTION 12. EFFECTIVITY. This Ordinance shall take effect within fifteen days (15) after its publication in a newspaper of general circulation and after posting of copies of this Ordinance in conspicuous places within the City of Alaminos, Pangasinan.
