EXPLANATORY NOTE
WHEREAS, the City of Alaminos will be celebrating the 2nd Hundred Islands Paraw Festival on March 2018;
WHEREAS, various activities were lined up as highlights of the occasion which require some streets/roads to be temporarily closed to serve as venues of the activities;
NOW, THEREFORE, on motion of Councilor Froebel A. Ranoy, Councilor Rany S. de Leon, Councilor Carolyn D. Sison, Councilor Rufina J. Gabriel, Councilor Alfred Felix E. de Castro and Liga ng mga Barangay President Raul B. Bacay
