SECTION 8. REPEALING CLAUSE. All ordinances inconsistent with this Ordinance are hereby repealed, amended or modified accordingly.
SECTION 9. EFFECTIVITY. This ordinance shall take effect upon compliance with the statutory requirements in the enactment of an ordinance.
