3. The following offices shall maintain skeletal work force
a. Municipal Budget Office;
b. Municipal Accounting Office;
c. Municipal Treasurer's Office;
d. Municipal Engineering Office;
e. Municipal Assessor's Office;
f. Sangguniang Bayan Office
g. Municipal Planning and Development Coordinator's Office:
h. Municipal Agriculture Office;
i Municipal Civil Registrar's Office; and
j. Public Employment Services Office
4. The Municipal Local Government Operations Office (MLGOO) shall have a work from home arrangement.
5. All LGU-Agoo employees (including Contract of Service and Casuals) will be paid full salaries.
Section 2. REPEALING CLAUSE. Previous issuance or any portion thereof, which are inconsistent with the provision of this Executive Order are hereby amended, modified, superseded or repealed accordingly.
Section 3. SEPARABILITY CLAUSE. If any section or provision of this Executive Order is declared void, ineffective or invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, the holding of such section or provision to be void or invalid for any cause whatsoever shall in no way affect the validity of the remaining sections and provisions, which shall remain in full force and effect.
Section 4. EFFECTIVITY CLAUSE. This Executive Order shall take effect immediately upon the date hereof and shall remain in effect until rescinded, repealed or amended
