c. Submit to 14 day self-quarantine and regular monitoring by the BHERTS
d. Comply with recommendations made by the BHERTS, Municipal Health Office with regard to hospital confinement, if necessary
6. For the Agoo Hypermarket operations, the following must be followed:
a. Controlled entrance and exit to conduct precautionary measures like checking of body temperature and use of alcohol or sanitizers. Persons with detected body temperature reaching 37 8 degrees shall be prohibited from entering the market premises and shall be directed to a holding area for proper monitoring with the assistance of a health professional
b. Sellers/Merchandisers from places outside Agoo are temporarily prohibited from selling their goods during market days (Tuesdays & Sundays)
c. Persons who have identified symptoms are advised to stay at home and do self- quarantine until well
7. Stay calm and await further announcements and directives of the Office of the President, health department and other national and local agencies. Rest assured, the Municipality of Agoo is taking all precautionary measures necessary to prevent the incidence and spread of COVID-19.
Section 2. REPEALING CLAUSE. Previous issuance or any portion thereof, which are inconsistent with the provision of thus Executive Order are hereby amended, modified, superseded or repealed accordingly
Section 3. SEPARABILITY CLAUSE. If any section or provision of this Executive Order is declared void, ineffective or invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, the holding of such section or provision to be void or valid for any cause whatsoever shall in no way affect the validity of the remaining sections and provisions, which shall remain in full force and effect
Section 4. EFFECTIVITY CLAUSE. This Executive Order shall take effect immediately upon the date hereof and shall remain in effect until rescinded, repealed or amended.
