MediaWiki talk:Sp-contributions-footer-anon

I copy-&-pasted (and translated and modified) this from s:cs:MediaWiki:Sp-contributions-footer-anon where I use it quite often. The template is visible on all contribution pages of an anonymous user when at least one existing contribution has been found; if not, then the page 'deleted contributions' must be shown (admins only) and the template appears there.

Features:

• different info services
• regional services
• different logs of the user
• interwiki / intersource (selected) incl. a cross wiki search

Note: in the feature "check black list" and "DNS banned" the IP address must be filled in manually.

Changes are welcome: so e.g. the selected interwikis are selected by me (anyway: the should be there as the cross wiki feature works quite slowly and sometimes there are problems), the different services can be changed etc.
