Bu Uchqo‘rg‘on, ajab, ob-u havosi dilnavoz ermish,
Xususan, daryoning qirg‘oqlari kech fasli soz ermish.

Talotum aylashib suvlar choparmish telba, majnundek,
Qiroqlar bevafo mahbublardek yo‘lda g‘oz ermish…

Tiniq oy nurlari suvlar yuzinda o‘ynashib tunlar,
Tong otguncha ularning ishlari ming turfa noz ermish.

Bo‘lak joylarda tan rohat topolmay cheksa zahmatlar,
Butun yoz o‘tkuncha daryo suvida «obboz» ermish.

Ko‘rib Norinni tab’i jo‘sh urib, bir-ikki so‘z aytgan
Aruzdan bahrasiz bir – Cho‘lpon otliq benamoz ermish.
