وحشت دل کا عجب رنگ نظر آتا ہے
عرصۂ حشر مجھے تنگ نظر آتا ہے
دونوں جانب ہے برابر تری تصویر کا رخ
آئینہ میری طرح دنگ نظر آتا ہے
کچھ تو صیاد نے کچھ باد صبا نے لوٹا
آشیانے کا عجب رنگ نظر آتا ہے
صلح جوئی کی تمنا میں شب و روز عزیزؔ
یک جہاں مضطرب جنگ نظر آتا ہے
