English: The front cover of the Issue 2 (46), 1933 of the Moksha-language magazine Kolkhozon eryaf (an old name for the Moksha magazine), contains mere text and a pictures by anonymous illustrator(s). As of the original printed form, the page also contains a possibly still-copyrighted picture, which was removed from this scanfile.

[1] If the author of this work was subjected to repression and rehabilitated posthumously, copyright term is counted from January 1 of the year following the year of rehabilitation.
If the work was first published after the death (posthumous rehabilitation) of the author, copyright term is counted from January 1 of the year following the year of publication, provided that the work was published within 50 years after the death of the author who died (and was not posthumously rehabilitated) before January 1, 1943, or within 70 years after the death (posthumous rehabilitation) of the author who died (rehabilitated posthumously) between January 1, 1943 years before January 1, 1954.

This picture was made as a magazine cover page illustration by anonymous artist-illustrator(s), and published in 1933. According to Russian Federation laws which were enacted on the URAA date the copyright expiration term for anonymous works was 50 years, and the 50-year term calculated from publication date (1933) — definitely expired before the URAA date of 1/1/1996.
